Yes! You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Contact us first to receive detailed return instructions.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to donetur@op.pl with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
